Adventures in Canning...

For my first attempt at canning I made orange marmalade. It smelled absolutely delicious in my home while it simmered away. I researched several different site for recipes but the one that I liked most was from FoodNetwork.com. Here is the link: Orange marmalade recipe I wanted a recipe that did not require too many ingredients and any extra kitchen gadgets that I didn't already have. I am very impressed with myself. I have included a picture from the cooling stage. I will include a picture of the final product in some cute little jars later.
